So there�s this �really great website� that was designed to make my life as a Verizon Wireless customer easier. They put up a website that allows me to do things like view my statements, pay my bills (if we didn�t already use online bill pay via our bank), order more Verizon Wireless stuff, etc. The only reason I ever go to their website is to check how many of our allotted minutes we have left even though we�re never anywhere near our limit until the end of the month when we start calling anyone at anytime from anywhere just to use �em up. And now, my rant� What the FUCK is up with their stupid fucking website??? They promote their website as being a convenient way to keep track of my life as a Verizon Wireless customer. LIES! Allllllllllllllllllllllll lies! What I�m about to walk you through is what I like to call The Verizon Wireless 9-Step Progam: Checking your unused minutes. (Please bare in mind that this program does not include things like turning on your computer, starting up an internet browser, or opening a new browser window � you�re on your own with those) 1. Go to their homepage 2. Click on �log in� 3. Enter my cell phone number (all 10 digits) 4. Look at a page that says, �we�re fast, convenient and cool� for no reason other than to tell me that they�re �fast, convenient, and cool� 5. Click on �continue� at the bottom of the aforementioned page 6. This is the part where I enter my user name and password, funny, I thought that woulda happened after clicking on �log in� 7. Now I see my statement which one would THINK has my usage listed somewhere on it but it does not 8. Click on �overview� 9. FINALLY SEE THE FUCKING PAGE THAT SHOWS MY USED/UNUSED MINUTES I hate them AND their stupid fucking homepage! Also, please feel free to check out their website which can be found here... |
