Blah blah de blah blah blah blah de blah de dah de blah blah. Blah blah blah, de blah blah de blah! Blah de blah de dah de blah blah de blah. Sorry, but thats the best I can come up with right now!
We had an awesome time with John & Dena here for a few days - we were sad to see them go! Hopefully well see each other again sooner than three years - the amount of time that had passed between this visit and the previous one.
Oh, by the way, our bed really did show up the morning of the same day as the John & Dena arrival. We bought the bed on June 1st, were told itd arrive mid-June, were told that it would arrive late-June, were told it would arrive early-July, and it finally DID arrive on July 12th. FUCKERS!!! At least the bed is gorgeous and oooooooooh-so-comfortable. It feels good to finally be sleeping in the master bedroom instead of the guest room - not that theres anything wrong with the guest room, its just nice, after almost 2 months of living here, to be moved into the room were supposed to be in.
In other news, Free range will be arriving late on August 2nd and will be here with us for a full week - woo! Jane and her mom will be here for 2 days during Free ranges visit so Ill get to see TWO friends in person during the same week - yipee! Itll be fun to have friends around again but Im sure once they leave and it starts to sink in that were back to not having any friends here that well be in a bit of a funk for awhile.
In other other news Im in the process of getting new contacts! I know this might not sound so exciting to you (especially to my husband who has accompanied me to three appointments so far and still has three more to go) but it is to me! My new lenses are continuous wear which means Ill wear them 24 hours per day for 30 days straight before throwing them away and popping in a new pair for the next 30 days. Thats right ladies and gentlemen, I CAN SLEEP IN MY CONTACTS!! Ill be able to SEE when I wake up in the morning for the first time since Im like 10! Its the little things... |
